This weekend we, along with the rest of the world, were shocked to learn about the attack against Israel. Our hearts are with the Israeli people and all those impacted by this act of terrorism. We grieve for the lives lost and continue to hope for a favorable resolution to the hostage crisis that has unfolded in the aftermath of the attack.
During times such as these, we stand in solidarity with Jewish communities across the globe. As an expression of this solidary, we encourage attendance to the 6 p.m. Solidarity Gathering this evening at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Buffalo on North Forest Road in Getzville. It is through this togetherness that we will support one another as a community. JFS will have counselors on site for group discussions to support community members.
